Hotel Policy

Guests booking a reservation on our website or signing in a registration card at check-in, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.



  • Check-in time is after 4 pm. If you arrive early we may accept an early check-in if your room is ready. We are unable to guarantee any of early check-in advance requests. It is base on availability. For the case that early check in is not possible, we will be pleased to store your luggages until your room is ready.
  • Late check-in: Our check in office open until 10pm daily. Check-in after this time is considered late check in. We can arrange special check in or any other contact procedure for late check in guests. However, guests must contact us in advance if you have plan or tend to be lated.
  • Guests will be required to present an ID/passport and a valid credit/debit card upon check in with a pre-authorize approval funds per stay. Cash payment guests will be required $100 deposit per night and will returned on your departure date.
  • The government regulations and laws are always in effects. We reserve the rights to refuse the check-in and service to any guests who do not follow or comply with regulations and hotel policies.
  • There is no refund, if you are unable to check in on the reservation date or no-show. No substitution or change date allowed if it is less than "Free cancellation windows" period.



  • Check-out time is anytime until 11am. If you require late check out for necessary reason, please contact us before 10am. We will do our best to accommodate you, and is depend on availability. A charge may apply at $10 per hour if no advance contact.
  • No refund for early checkouts.


Phone Booking Reservations

  • Non-refundable deposit of $15 for "Phone booking" due at confirmations. Pay the balance at check-in. Cancellation can be made free of charge within a Free cancellation windows but the $15 Phone booking deposit is non-refundable
  • Reservation more than 3 rooms is considering a group and will subject to charge 10% non-refundable deposit after 48 hours of confirmation.
  • No booking fee for "Online booking" our vacancies are always up-to-date. We are please to answer questions by phone without taking a phone booking deposit or simply send us a message through a "Contact" page.

Non-refundable Rate

  • Feels free to book us a Non-refundable Rate whenever it offers, if it is an advance booking and will need some times to confirm with your group. We have a 24 hours period for you to cancel before a non-refundable fee applied.
  • The non-refundable applied immediately if it is booked less than a Free cancellation Windows, or generally 3 days before check-in.

Booking Cancellation Policies

We are unable to modify, cancel, or waive any fee through OTA (Online Travel Agency) reservations. Fee applied upon OTA policy listed. Please contact your agency for penalty fee calculation or cancellation request, if need.

Normal Seasons Reservations

  • Cancellations or changes made after 12:00 on 3 days before checkin date are subject to charge a first night penalty.
  • A 100% charge for less than 48 hrs.(2 days)
  • No fee charged for if cancellations more than 3 days defines as a Free cancellation windows.

Long Weekend Reservations

  • To make us provide the best service during a the busiest time of the business. We applied a 7-nights cancellation without fee. 
  • Cancellations or changes made after 12:00 on 7 days before checkin date are subject to a first night penalty. 
  • Cancelations or changes made after 12:00 on 2 days before checkin date are subject to a 100.0% penalty

Car Show Event Reservations

  • Non-refundable deposit $20 per room/night (Minimum of $40 per booking) charge at confirmation to hold a unit for you, up to 365 days.
  • You will be immediately guarantee the room rate will not increase at the day you made this deposit.
    • No additional cancellation penalty if cancelled by August 31th of the event year, except deposit paid is non-refundable
    • One night penalty fee if cancelled in September and more than 7 nights before check in
    • 100% charged if cancelled of less than 7 nights or no-show.
  • We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the rest of the payment minimum of 7 nights before check-in date. Guest can choose another payment method for the balance on arrival at the property

Hotel General Policies

  • One standard size car parking spot per unit is automatic reserved for you. An additional vehicle or over size vehicle must get approval before check in date.
    • All guest's vehicles must be registered otherwise it will be towed at the owner expenses.
  • We are a strictly "No-pet" property. Please read "Pet-Policies" section on this website. Maximum charge upon policy listed for violators with no negotiation.
  • Smoking is prohibit in all rooms and balconies. Allowable at the designed "Smoking Area" of a property and an area of 20 feet away from all open windows/building. There is an extra one night charge for violators, or guests will be fine $250 of which is higher.
    • Smoke detectors use for all guest un-safety alarms and shall not be removed from its place. If it is malfunction, please contact the attendance 24 hours. The smoke detector removal is against the laws and we are assume that there is an in-room smoking. Charges will be applied.
    • Smoking include tobacco, cannabis, vapours or alike substances.
  • Maximum allowable occupancy is including baby (0 - 18 years old).
    • Subject to charge for an additional person more than reservations $10 PP/night.
    • Missing of report or prior approval occupancy will be charge $10PP times total of  reservation nights.
  • No party inside room. Quiet time shall be 10pm. And during the day, if there is any of disturbance or claimed from another guest. After first warning that is not followed, the guest will be forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately. We shall not tolerance of any second complained from other guests. 
  • We protect other guests to have a comfortable zone and not too crowded. No non-registered guests party at out property. Partially booked for "Joining together" at our property is not allowed. Non-registered guests from another hotel will be treated as "Over occupancy" The charge is applied per person per day plus service charge 20% of a room's rate. The fee is charged immediately for guests' visitors who are more than short visiting or attending your group activities. Please book a room for them rather than pay us an over occupancy.
  • Alcohol shall be drink only in a private area or in your room. No public area or our backyard is allowed. We are all sharing a public area. Children of another guest are also around our property and it is illegal to display any of them to the public. We shall give one verbal warning before ask you to leave from out property with no refund if not followed.
  • Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a legal gardian.
  • Loss, missing or damage of the items. Guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item plus $50/hour labour fees to return room to its original state. This include mis-use or loss of towels and appliance. Missing of the items at check-in shall be report to attendance otherwise we assume that they are just missing and will be charged to guests.
  • Room rate is not include tax : 15% (GST+PST+Municipal tax 2%)
